Fall Colors Ride #2  September 27 and September 30  Let's hunt the fall colors in the Rockles southwest of the Metro area.

From Avalanche Harley Davidson, the route will take us through Morrison, and southwest on US-285 over Kenosha Pass to Jefferson.  Then, we will head southeast on CO-77 through the Tarryall area towards Lake George.  Turning south in Florissant, we will ride CO-1 to Cripple Creek.  There we will take CO-67 to Victor and CO-81 and 67 to Divide for a gas/bio/snack break. Heading east on CO-67.US24 will take us to Woodland Park where we turn with CO-67 for a ride to Deckers.  Bearing left on CO-126 we will ride to Buffalo Creek for a scenic ride along the Platte River through Foxton.  Heading up Foxton Rd toward Conifer will get us back on US-285 for the ride back to the metro area.   While the ride offically will end at Avalanche Harley Davidson, it is likely that they will be closed so we will wave off at the US-285/C-470 interchange.
